I write to express my sincere thanks to you both for organising our recent Golfing weekend away to Cavan. It was a memorable weekend for all the right reasons
Cavan golf course is a little gem with plenty of trees, tight fairways and lovely greens
The Radisson Bou Hotel was beautiful. The food I would give ten out of ten. The rooms likewise and the friendliness of the staff was wonderful. The golf course was a magnificent challenge, with magnificent greens, so much so that most of the group who played it on Saturday wanted to play it again on Sunday even though the weather was not what I would term pleasant.
To you Nessa, and Janet my sincere thanks. It was a real pleasure to deal with you both and nothing seemed to be too much trouble to you. When I arrived at your door step many times with more changes to an already agreed agenda, your assurance that “these things happen all the time” was most comforting.
I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Activities Ireland to arrange golf and accommodation to any group

Many thanks for all your help for our Spanish trip. Once again we had a great time, indeed nearly all the guys are in for next year already. The hotel was lovely, we even had mashed potatoes on one evening which was great! Golf courses were excellent and would recommend Alhaurin, Montemayor and Torrequebrada – all our first timers were highly impressed. The transfers via coach ran like clockwork. Having played Headfort Old and New during our weekend, I would definitely rate Headfort as one of the best in Ireland. Just want to say thanks for the great deal you gave us last weekend, we had never stayed at the Killeshin Hotel before, but after last weekend we are all looking forward to going back. We have never experienced a more pleasant and courteous set of staff in a hotel before, nothing was a problem for them and everything was “service with a smile”.
The restaurant staff were also the same and the food was excellent, great size portions and delicious flavours. The rooms were lovely with nice big comfy beds and the leisure facilities were top notch, most of our members had a swim at some stage over the weekend.
All of our 20 members could not believe the value we got, 1 nights B&B and a lovely 3 course meal all for €49.00 per person, they kept asking me was it a mistake?

Dear Nessa, it would be amiss of me not to email you for looking after myself, my wife, my sister and her husband on our recent over 55 trip to Spain. I have travelled to many places with lots of travel agents but I can honestly say that Activities Ireland is the best agency I’ve ever travelled with. From the time I booked my holiday I knew I was in safe hands. Everything worked out exactly according to plan. When the volcanic ash stopped all air traffic I got in touch with the Dublin office and was told not to worry that they would look after everything and thats exactly what they did. When the flight ban was lifted we were rebooked on a flight back having had an extra few days in the sun. Again I would like to thank you Nessa and your wonderful staff for all you did for us. I was very happy with the service from Activities Ireland. I found the staff extremely friendly, patient and very co-operative. I booked my mother on a holiday and due to the volcanic ash they were stranded abroad. The girls from Activities Ireland contacted me every day to inform me of what was happening and they did everything to help me including rebooking my mother and aunt on a flight home the minute the air space reopened Bridget Feeney
Everybody enjoyed the weekend, very enjoyable with no complaints at all. The whole programme was very clear and straight forward. As society organiser it definitely took the stress and strain off me and was much easier to arrange through Activities Ireland than doing myself as in previous years.
